Jockey has been the best pony for my daughter who made her showing debut on Jockey. He gave her confidence in the hunter ring from Intermediate and then to Lg. Pony Hunters qualifying for the Pony Finals then moving up to the 3′ Hunters. She then wanted to try the jumper ring where he was successful in the Intermediate Jumpers placing in the ribbons at every show. Jockey allowed her to expand her knowledge by taking her around a beginner novice event placing on her dressage score amongst 30 competitors, going double clean in showjumping and cross-country. He is the type of pony that can arrive at the show minutes before going into the ring without any prep. He can safely ride around fields alone and has given my daughter all the confidence to move up to the next stage of her riding. He is super easy in the barn, safe, and sound, and gets along with all. We could not have asked for a better first horse for our daughter. We hope to find Jockey his next best friend to enjoy the show ring, hunter field, or cross-country course.
