He is truly one of a kind and a complete gentleman in every way. You will love his sweet, affectionate disposition and quiet demeanor. Ginger is a willing partner for anything you want to do on horseback. He has been ridden in all types of terrain, through rivers, creeks and muddy water, thick brush, and big pastures. We have used Ginger all over for all aspects of ranch work. He easily side passes over to open and shut all the gates, and ground ties anywhere, and we have sorted and gathered cattle daily on him. We have also trail-ridden him extensively in the Arizona desert.

He has been ridden by complete beginners and takes great care of his rider. He would be a perfect fit for a timid rider or someone who needs to build confidence. He’s very sure-footed, confident by himself, and comfortable to ride. Ginger has been roped on in pasture and out of the box. He has been hauled to numerous jackpots across north and south Texas in both heading and heeling. He is the perfect switch-ender for a lowered-numbered roper. You can back him in the box and rope 20 and he is the same horse every run. Ginger has seen the lights, and the sights and has been there and done that. He has absolutely no silly business to him and is safe and gentle every time you saddle him even with extensive time off. He is good with crazy dogs, loud gunfire, busy traffic, blowing tarps, and heavy equipment.

Ginger is ready to do any task on the ranch or is happy just cruising down the trails. He is a super kind and honest individual that makes owning a horse fun. You won’t find another one like him. He’s truly one of a kind.
